My mother and father are looking for a home in Tri-valley area for about 250,000 3 bedroom possibly 2 bath. Right now they are living in Newman and there looking for something in Pleasanton or Dublin Area.The house they have now is brand new and newly built there trying to get out of a balloon loan and they have about 75,000 in the house they dont want to lose.
