Sosa Marble & Granite Inc. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. (Full-time position) Canidate will have opportunity to advance with a growing company!
This position involves providing assistance to contactors and residential customers . We will provide the training on our services and computer software. You will handle customer concerns, and satisfy customer’s needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Duties: • Greet customers as they arrive in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.. • Receives and responds to customer inquires. • Responds to calls from customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. • Schedules customer appointments. • Works cooperatively with supervisors and other staff members in a team environment.
Skills: • Able to use a computer with good data entry skills • Very good verbal and written communication skills • Able to follow procedures and instructions • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required
