I am a stable career woman with a 4bdrm house in Oakley. I am looking for the right person to rent one of the bedrooms I have available [10×10] and full bathroom. Along with this I will include half of the garage for storage and possibly the empty second half of the living room as well.
Utilities(water, electricity & cable) is covered. The bedroom has new carpet, freshly shampoo’d and brand new paint job.

I am specifically only interested in a single woman who appreciates a quiet and peaceful home life. You must be stable emotionally and financially. No drama.

RENT $500 Month
Plus 1/3 Utils ($75 per month)
